We are helping a breeder friend find a new home for her 20 week old male merle French Bulldog puppy. He has already been neutered and is purebred AKC. He is NOT located in Florida, so you cannot meet him in person, but we can put in you touch with the owner and you can speak and video chat with her directly to see if Diesel is a match for you. If you cannot travel to get him in NC, transportation is available for an additional charge.

This sweet boy would make a great addition to your family or a potential stud to approved programs only for an additional charge. Transportation available. A $500 deposit is required to secure this little doll! His full adoption cost is $2200.

Our breeding process is carefully designed to ensure the health and well-being of our dogs. We conduct full Embark panels for genetic testing to ensure that our puppies are free of any hereditary diseases or conditions. We choose our sires and dams for exceptional temperament and color. All of our sires and dams are AKC registered. We also provide our dogs with the best possible care, including proper vetting, nutrition, exercise, and socialization.

Solid lavender Junie is 2 years old, and is very fit and athletic. She weighs 11 pounds and stays fit by swimming across our pool in the warmer months! She is Embark health tested and clear. She is very vocal and has the funniest personality out of all of our dogs. She was named after our favorite children's book character, Junie B. Jones and the name suits her perfectly.
AKC / CKC Dual Sire Sir Hankerson Puffington "HANK"
Handsome Hank is seven years old and is a solid chocolate stud who has sired seven wonderful litters thus far. He is very muscular with a lean, athletic build. He weighs 11 lbs. He is 100% health tested and clear and carries for lavender and parti. He is a big momma's boy and sleeps under the covers with me every night! His mother is small chocolate and white parti and is 9 lbs. She is retired and lives here with us as the House Sassy Pants.

Beautiful JoJo Jr. is named after his father, the infamous JoJo Sr. of Robin's Nest in North Carolina. He is a solid lavender stud and is 1.5 year old. He weighs 10 lbs. He has successfully sired two litter. He has the softest, fluffiest fur and the most beautiful golden green eyes. He is a total love bug and tender heart. He has a very happy go lucky, laid back personality. His best friend and bonded playmate is Miss Gia Giselle. He is Embark tested and 100% clear and carries for parti.
AKC Dam Empress Gia Giselle Granholm "Gee Gee"
Gorgeous Gia is a blond cream sable tipped female. She was named after my beloved grandmother. Weighing in at just 9 lbs, She is mommy's soft little squishy rag doll! She is Embark tested clear. She loves sweaters, but not so much hair bows or top knots! She is rough and tumble and her favorite pastimes are digging in the dirt and begging for treats. She is a happy and playful girl who is quick to give kisses and cuddles. Her second litter will be the end of 2025 and she will be paired with her best buddy in the whole world, Jojo.

It's a house full of love and fluff at our home! Yes, this bunch sleeps with us every night. Not pictured is daddy's favorite OG - our very first Shih Tzu, 10.5 year old Stellie. She's a cranky redhead who didn't want to be in the picture! Livvy, Mally, and Jetta are all retired mommas. After giving us beautiful litters, they each deserve a luxurious life as a retired House Princess! Each one of them is different, special, quirky and unique in their own way and we adore them all!
About the Breeders Behind Shih Tzus of Jacksonville:
We are PK and Arlen Lesatz, owners of Shih Tzus of Jacksonville. We are Michigan natives of 50 years, relocated to Florida in 2019. We have always had dogs in our lives. Growing up we had labradors, poodles, and mini Schnauzers. When our children were young, we had a yellow Lab, a rescue Shepherd mix and two yorkies. When our youngest son left for college, he made us empty nesters, but left behind his Shih Tzu, Stellie. And the thing about Shih Tzus is, if you're truly a lover of this breed, you can never have just one! And so the journey began. There are three things that we are most proud of about our program. First, we cook for our dogs. Every week! Huge batches of fresh meats, vegetables, and whole grains. It's a lot of work and a big expense. But I believe it's worth it! Next, We are with our dogs all day, every day and they get lots of love and attention. They enjoy our yard, walks, playtime, lounging in every room in the house and sleeping in our bed because they are family. And finally, we know that God has a specific and chosen home for every one of our puppies, and we have made many wonderful friends because of His perfect pairing. If you are approved to adopt one of our babies, (and I screen applicants closely) then it's because we know you will love and treat them just like we do!
